Project Scope and Changes:
The scope of work for each project will be based on the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, work order, or other agreement between Vega Construction LLC. and the customer.
Changes to the scope of work, materials, specifications, design, or project requirements may result in changes to the estimated price, schedule, or completion date.
Additional work requested by the customer or required because of previously unknown property conditions may require additional charges and may be subject to a separate agreement or change order.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to the customer before performing additional work when reasonably practicable.

Property Conditions:
Remodeling and construction projects may involve existing structures, materials, systems, or conditions that cannot always be identified before work begins.
If previously unknown conditions are discovered during a project, including structural, moisture, electrical, plumbing, or other property-related conditions, additional work, materials, costs, or changes to the project schedule may be necessary.
Customers agree to provide accurate information about known property conditions and to cooperate with reasonable requests related to the performance of the project.

Scheduling and Project Delays:
Project schedules and completion dates may depend on factors including project scope, availability of labor and materials, weather, inspections, permits, property conditions, customer decisions, material availability, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
While we will make reasonable efforts to complete projects according to agreed schedules, we do not guarantee a specific completion date unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and project and for providing reasonable access to the property when necessary for estimates, inspections, measurements, or performance of services.
Customers are responsible for making timely decisions, approvals, material selections, design selections, and other decisions necessary for the progress of the project.
Customers are also responsible for making payments according to the applicable estimate, contract, invoice, or other agreement.

Payments:
Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, final payments, and other charges will be established in the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, invoice, or other agreement between Vega Construction LLC. and the customer.
Customers agree to make payments according to the applicable payment terms.
Additional charges may apply for approved changes, additional work, additional materials, or services outside the original scope of work.

Intellectual Property:
